How would you love to make your patio look beautiful this summer and save a bunch of money. Only three items are needed
Paper Lanterns- (I recently saw at the dollar tree)
2 ply napkins pattern to your choosing- change all the time to match your mood
Ribbon-Maya Ribbon is best and great choices and colors
Begin with putting the lantern together-(insert the wire and puff out), tear the napkin apart, remove the back part (plain piece and discard), take a paint brush (foam works best) and some mod podge and lightly start spreading it over the lantern.Start adding the pieces of the napkin and gently spread Mod Podge on top of the napkin. It will feel like you are doing a jig saw puzzle- (no ends, like a puzzle) HAVE FUN with it just play!!!!
After the lantern is completely cover with the napkin and the Mod Podge is still a little wet, sprinkle a little glitter around the lantern for a little bling that the sun will be sure to pick up. At the bottom of the lantern is a wire that sticks outside and is great to give your lantern a tail. My lantern is complete with six different ribbons (6) don’t you love the leaves. I love ribbon it completes a project, It can make the project, Ribbon can change the mood of a card , it can dress up a card, a package, and all sorts of craft projects- it can be a little and it can be a lot.
You can use ribbon to make a flag for 4th of July, or a basketweave for the holiday season. Ribbon it’s what you need
